Top these bite-sized treats with something sweet or savory, or bump it up a notch and serve them with a dollop of crème fraiche and your favorite caviar. They also pair perfectly with smoked salmon, cream cheese and lemon zest.

Thaw and Use: (slower method)
Remove the tray of blinis from its box and thaw at room temperature for 1 hour.
Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Remove frozen blinis from their tray and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Reheat for 7-8 minutes.
Microwave:
Remove frozen blinis from the plastic bag and their tray and place a maximum of 8 units on a plate. Microwave for 40 seconds at 750W.
Shelf life:
Keep frozen at 0º F until ready to use. Do no thaw and refreeze. Unopened bags can be stored for 24 months.
