Oven: Pre-heat oven to 375F. Remove plastic wrap. Place the mini quiches on baking pan about 1/2"" apart.
Bake for a total of 12-15 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
Convection oven reduces time by approximately 1/3.
A few weeks ago, I had the Mediterranean style fillo quiches, they were good and tasty but I still like better the regular quiche dough!
